This beautiful property offers breathtaking views of the Range Hills of Pune. The rooftop restaurant has a 360-degree view of the city and it is spacious, with premium ambience. The service is good. The inviting menu offers something for everyone and it is quite elaborate. To start with some small plates, we called for a ‘Tom Yum Soup’ which is delish, a little spicy for our liking but not bad at all. The bartenders do a brilliant job making those fine cocktails. We tried the ‘Black Russian’ and a ‘Sangria’ – they are both very well balanced in terms of alcohol and the flavours are infused rightly. Even though there is enough Indian food to try, Chinese cuisine is more special here. We tried the ‘Golden Fried Prawns’ - crispy prawns with some garlic and basic seasoning, beautifully done. The dish is served with a sweet chilli sauce. For mains, we tried the ‘Burnt Garlic Rice’ along with ‘Paneer Chili’ – both of them being classics, were done well. Nonetheless, it is a perfect Chinese meal that you may be craving for a while. There is a whole lot of classic Indian options too, some of the popular choices include ‘Butter Chicken’, ‘Mushroom Masala’ and the likes. The desserts include some locally made ‘Kulfis’ but we tried the ‘Red Velvet Cake’, it was laden with cream cheese frosting, mellow on the palate.
