This in-house restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton is one of the options if you are looking for an inexpensive brunching or buffet lunch and dinner in the city. Considering the standard being quite high, the buffet offers a good spread which is what people want: variety! Fret not, the ambience, service and everything else around the restaurant work in symphony with the guests, and, the staff is willing to personalise the experience at a very genuine level in their interest. This was actually experienced when you opt for A La Carte. This is when the boys come into play and they suggest you options based around what you may have chosen. For instance, we chose the ‘Deggi Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka’ from the menu, this was changed to a milder Mint coriander Paneer Tikka which is not even on the menu. The nice chunky pieces of Paneer with some mint yogurt chutney on the side makes it a nice dish to savour. The other International range of appetizers also includes ‘Fish and Chips’, ‘Cheese and Jalapeno Poppers’ and many more. The mains include a good range of Multi cuisine dishes ranging from Indian, Asian and Italian. The other mains are pretty regular and especially the Indian and Asian mains. The case of Buffet is not any different, even though you get a decent variety, the quality of the food is just near average and that may be disappointing for some. The desserts include the Live Icecream counter or even the A La Carte that has some really classic and old-school options like ‘Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Icecream’, ‘Apple Pie’ and some others.
