Can I use multiple discount codes in one transaction?
No, you will only be able to use one discount offer in one transaction. If none of the discount offer suit you, you can always refer your friend and once your friend sign-up, we will immediately send a Rs. 300 code to you.
Can I do multiple payments or split the payments for a booking?
No, you cannot make multiple payments or split the payments for a booking. Only a single transaction will be accepted through PayEazy.
What if the restaurant does not allow the PayEazy payment?
While all the restaurants with the PayEazy tag will accept the payment made on the EazyDiner app, you should inform us immediately at 7861004444 or booking@eazydiner.com if the restaurant is reluctant in accepting PayEazy.
Will I get an option to pay the bill in case the payment fails?
Even though you may not have any difficulty while making the payment, there might be a rare occasion when the payment fails. In that case, you will be notified immediately and you can retry making the payment or make the payment directly to the restaurant. Which payment mode can I use?
Any debit or credit card and mobile wallets can be used to make the payment under PayEazy.
After what time of the reservation, PayEazy option will be activated for my reservation?
PayEazy option will be activated at the time of your reservation and will be active for the next 5 hours. e.g If the booking is made for 6:00pm, the PayEazy option will be active from 6:00- 11:00 pm. You can also use PayEazy offers even if you do not have an active booking at the restaurant.
If I pay the bill through the EazyDiner app, will I still get the deal selected while booking?
Yes, you will enjoy the deal you select while making a booking at the restaurant in addition to the cashback when you make a transaction with PayEazy.
Will I get points if I do payment through PayEazy or bill upload is mandatory to earn points?
You will get your EazyPoints immediately after making the payment on PayEazy.
Is it mandatory to pay via PayEazy at PayEazy-enabled restaurants?
No, it is not mandatory to use PayEazy to make the transaction at PayEazy-enabled restaurants. However, the additional cashback and other benefits can be availed only if you pay through PayEazy.

  • PayEazy transactions should be completed while at the restaurants to be considered valid.
  • Any PayEazy transaction done before dining or ordering at the restaurant will be denied and the paid amount will not be refunded. The partner restaurants can deny your order if you do not claim the order within 15 minutes of order.
  • Please note that wallet cannot be used with PayEazy and money cannot be added to PayEazy.
  • EazyDiner deals and discounts selected at the time of booking will be applicable along with the additional EazyPoints benefits of PayEazy.
  • If the transaction through PayEazy fails but the money is debited, the amount will be refunded within 7 days.
  • Discounts offered on PayEazy by EazyDiner and its payment partners is subject to change without any notice.
