This newly opened Pan Asian fine-dine restaurant and supper club, exudes chic, understated elegance. The décor is distinctly modern, with hints of contemporary Asian design. The vibe is unmistakably friendly and the multiple seating options spread over an expansive area, comfortable. The classy bar with a wooden bar-top is undoubtedly a highlight. The eclectic food menu is vast, as is the bar menu. Do not miss the Yazu signature 'Pork Belly' that is braised for over 48 hours. The 'Crispy Duck Spring Roll', is equally a treat. Among dim sums, 'Jiaozi', mock meat chives dumpling and charcoal inspired 'Crispy Pork Cheung Fun', stand out. For mains, try the Asian staple, 'Chak-hao Rice' with chicken and egg, made with 'Manipuri Black Rice'. Vegetarians will enjoy the 'Baby Pak Choy and Peruvian Asparagus' served with a Pumpkin Sauce. The food is high on flavours and quality, with simple cooking techniques and well-executed. The 'Kaffir Lime Crème Brulee', is a dessert worth trying. The service is exemplary and the staff well-informed and articulate. This place offers an outdoor seating area as well.
