This expansive and hip gastropub boasts of a contemporary décor, yet, with some antique design elements. The music and energetic vibe here is infectious. The trendy bar at one corner is well-stocked and equipped with skilful bartenders. The global food menu is surprisingly exhaustive with soups, pizza, salads, sushi, small and large plates, and desserts. The separate bar menu offers enough wines, spirits, cocktails both, classic and innovative. The beer batter 'Mini Fish and Chips' here is reminiscent of the British classic and is a must try. The well-spiced 'Lamb Patty' is bold and robust. The 'Rustic Chicken' and 'Kale Salad' with the requisite crunch and tangy flavours get you off to a good start. Vegetarians have abundant choices and can opt for 'Mushroom On Toast' or the crispy 'Tofu Bao' to begin with. The 'Grilled Chicken' is well-marinated and served with rosemary potatoes, it proves to be a satiating meal. The '70% Dark Chocolate Mousse' is dense and a delectable treat not-to-be-missed. Given the quality of the ingredients and the portion sizes, the food is value-for-money. The service is alert and unobtrusive and the staff well-informed.
