The contemporary décor, combined with Chinese design elements - festive lanterns and carved dragon boats, creates a relaxed setting. The spacious and comfortable seating provides one with enough options to select a cosy table. The food menu is an ode to Shanghai’s regional Chinese cuisines. The wine selection on the bar menu is impressive. 'Sichuan Mala xia- deep Fried Prawns in a spicy sauce' are a great way to start if you are a seafood lover. Vegetarians will enjoy the 'Jiaoyan Xinggu with a mix of mushrooms'. The soup options are enough to confuse you. Try the subtly flavoured 'Lemon Coriander Soup'. The mains offer a fair amount of vegetarian options. 'Ganbian Sijidou' is a lip-smacking treat, with oodles of crunch. Plenty of options for pork and lamb lovers, but the 'Sliced Lamb in Chili Black Bean Sauce' stands out. From 'Olive Fried Rice' to 'Flat Noodles' and 'Stir Fried Hakka Noodles', one can pair the sauce-based dishes with these. For a Chinese restaurant, the dessert section on the menu is fairly exhaustive. The 'Hong Dousha Cheese Cake' is outstanding and unique, but if you prefer to play it safe, go for the 'Almond HoneyTart'. The service staff is warm and the service alert.
