The husband-wife duo, Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo and Chef Karan Bane, have started this place and it is named after the chef herself. The décor is functional but aesthetic and the vibe, warm and relaxed. The seating area is cosy yet, well-spread out. The limited menu offers Thai and Japanese fare, for which, both chefs are well-known. Simple flavour combinations and high-quality ingredients handled with great technique, typify the food offerings here. There is something endearingly home-style and rustic about the food, although aesthetically presented. The 'Som Tum Chae', is refreshing and bursting with flavours. The 'Chicken Gyoza' is extremely well made and must not-be-missed. Sushi lovers are in for a treat. Expect classic flavour pairings, expertly executed. The 'Salmon Maki Roll' is outstanding. Chef Seefah’s touch in most Thai dishes is unmistakable. For dessert, one must not miss the signature 'Honey Toast with Ice cream'. Ask Chef Seefah for recommendations, when in doubt. The food here is a tad overpriced, given the portion size. Service staff is warm and polite but could be a bit more attentive.
