Re-opened in a new avatar, this iconic place once known for its music is now more swish and encourages you to indulge your appetite as well. Four seating options - The Bistro, the Patio, the Deck and the Razz Bar, beckons you and you are spoiled for choice. While each section boasts of a separate menu, the Bistro and Patio have a common Mediterranean menu that offers everything from Chargrilled Pepper Calamari, Vegetable and Lamb Tagine to Pork Curry With Apple Couscous and of course Pizza. The quality and taste of the dishes just shines through in the carefully crafted menu by Chef Ranveer Brar. The Razz Bar offers modern Indian food and the Deck is known for its ‘inspired kababs’ from the live open kitchen during late evenings, as well as comfort food during the day. Even if seated in a particular section, one can order from any menu. The Mushroom Pate, Bocconcini, Berry Compote, with its creamy texture, stood up to the meat dishes, although the Grilled Kasundi Prawns succeeded in tantalising the palate. The bar menu, divided into two sections ‘yesterday’s legends’ focuses on classic cocktails, while ‘tomorrow’s tales’ gives cocktails a unique ‘Razz’ twist. The staff is well-trained and knowledgeable about the offerings.
