The granite walls and warm silver tones, embody the stylish décor here and this place exudes a chic, but warm vibe. The seating is comfortable and the table décor, appealing. The interactive kitchen with chefs at work, is engaging, as is the well-equipped bar. The food menu may not run into several pages, yet, ensures there is enough variety to acquaint you with real Indian food – kababs, curries, Indian breads, rice dishes and desserts. The bar menu too offers a selection of cocktails, wines and spirits. The kababs are undoubtedly the raison d'etre to visit Masala Bay. The food is hearty and robust, sans any pretence. The good quality spices and cooking techniques, add to the flavours. The menu leans towards meat and seafood, but the vegetarians are not short-changed. For mains, 'Dal Makhni', 'Motiya Chole Palak' paired with 'Naan' is a good bet. Indulge in the layered and fragrant, 'Awadhi Gosht Biryani'. Due to its ‘bay’ placement expect to see a lot of seafood on the menu. Flavours are strong and robust. With your poison for the evening start your meal with the appetizers like, lahori tangdi kebab, rajma ki galouti, bombil fry, nimona tikki, rampuri sheekh kebab, potohari paneer tikka, burrah kebab, lal mirch ka murgh tikka, achari broccoli, gilawat ke kebab and karare aloo.
