This tastefully decorated, expansive fine-dining restaurant with minimalist design elements, exudes a relaxed and homely vibe. The live kitchen with chefs in action is an added attraction. The seating is comfortable and spread across two distinct sections, including comfy sofas at one end. The all-Vegetarian restaurant serves only thalis for lunch and dinner which comprise an array of Gujarati and Rajasthani dishes. A Maharaj is at the helm in the kitchen. The 'Thali' includes delicacies like 'Khandvi', 'Daal-Bati-Churma' and some 'Farsan'. One can sip a 'Chaas' to begin with. The mains include 'Lauki Chana Dal', 'Kaju Karela', 'Rajasthani Kadhi', 'Meethi Dal', 'Gatte Ki Sabzi' and more, paired with 'Jowar Rotla', 'Puris', 'Phulka' and 'Khichdi' or 'Pulao'. The 'Creamy Basundi' as dessert, along with a rich, 'Dry Fruit Halwa' with copious amounts of ghee, is the perfect finale to a lavish meal. The food is surprisingly simple, home-style and not a wee bit rich or greasy. The service staff is courteous, typifying the Indian hospitality that this restaurant stands for and efficient too. This place serves alcohol.
