The bar menu equally spoils you for choice. 'Drums Of Heaven Hong Kong Style' is worth opting for. This is one place vegetarians cannot complain about being short-changed as there is so much to choose from.'Pan Fried Chinese Greens' and 'Tofu Cantonese Style' is mildly flavoured but wows the palate. Similarly, non-vegetarians can relish the 'Cantonese Soya Steamed Fish Fillet'. 'Honey Glazed Lemon Chicken' is tangy, yet sweet and perks up your taste buds. Try it with 'Black Pepper Fried Rice' and you have a winning combination. The 'Mango Pudding' is light and one can relish that even after having indulged in a full meal.
