The colourful and funky décor with distinctive Japanese elements adds to the fun and friendly vibe of this Japanese café and bar. The menu includes soups, salads, sushi, donburi (Japanese rice bowls), ramen noodles and burgers, small plates, desserts. The vegetarian section of the menu is surprisingly vast. Non-vegetarian fare includes meat dishes apart from the usual seafood. The cocktails being churned out adroitly by bartenders at the flamboyant bar are a treat, no matter what your tipple. The emphasis on fresh ingredients is evident in every dish and the comforting flavours embody the fact that Japanese food has a universal appeal. 'Spicy Salmon Miso Soup' made with fermented soybean paste, is a celebration of flavours. For a quick lunch opt for the 'Donburi Rice Bowls' - Chashu Pork Belly or 'Tofu and Aubergine Furai', which are value-for-money and satiating meals.
