This place offers flavourful and unpretentious Chinese food, the kind we have all grown up on. Interestingly the menu also has an exhaustive section of Indian food, mainly North Indian. The absence of a bar does not prove to be a deterrent for diners, but instead, attracts families. The simple and minimalistic décor is compensated by the warm ambience. Paneer And Mushroom In Dragon Sauce, Hakka Chicken, Pepper Chilli Fish are popular among starters. Chicken Funsi Thong is a thick soup with generous amounts of chicken. The food is spicy and zesty, just the way most Indian diners enjoy it. The sauce offerings although standard for chicken, seafood and vegetarian fare, are varied including Hunan, Manchurian, hot garlic, sweet and sour, spicy celery sauce. Options for vegetarians abound in both sections of the menu-Chinese and Indian. Egg Fired Rice And Chicken Teppan Noodles are worth a try. The tandoori starters from the Indian section are sought after. The Caramel Custard although creamy, was a tad too sweet. There is an extensive pastry counter from where one can order desserts. The service staff although busy, are amiable and alert.
