What use to be the popular 'Mela' restaurant on the corner of Worli has now become China Bistro. Step inside and you feel like you are walking through a corridor to get to the main restaurant. Rather oddly shaped but plenty of space and you realize how big it is inside. There isn't anything cafe or bistro-like with this space. Generic decor that adorns most Chinese restaurants with a statue of what is presumably a terracotta warrior at the entrance and little Oriental painting and knick knacks all over. The food has its hits and misses but the emphasis here is on their pricing. It is value for money decent Indo-Chinese fare and pleasant service that leaves you satisfied at the end of a meal.
