After the success of Salt Lake Kareem’s, their foothold in the city grew stronger and they opened their Park Street branch. Much to the surprise of many, the biryani at Kareem’s works like magic in a city of 'Kolkata Biryani' obsessed people. The 'Jhinga Fry or Grilled', and the 'Jhinga Tawa Masala' with plenty of onions, capsicum and tomatoes is a feisty dish with the prawns being plump and juicy. The pricing is a bit on the higher side but for the location and the quality of the food, it makes it worthwhile.
