Wok right in, roll back out is one of the fundamental ethos of this place. The brainchild of Alwyn Mascarenhas, Asheen Lobo and Joe Dias (AAJ) have conceptualised a dream; you would want to spend more time than you had bargained for. A picturesque establishment with lush greenery, lapping water of the Nerul Creek, and the stillness of the chirp or buzz of the birds and the bees, one feels a sense of calm and zen. The décor is warm and elegant, the bar well-stocked with Joe's trendiest mixes and an open kitchen where chefs silently go about stir-frying your senses. Jump start with the Honey-Glazed Pot Roast Pork Ribs (Thai) with Ginger Plum Sauce first on the list. Follow that with the Thai Garlic-Peppered Prawns – deep-fried prawns tossed in garlic, black pepper and bell peppers. Keep storage place for the mains with the Rendang Curry with beef, a Malaysian preparation. The Northern Thailand Khao Sue is quite a taste tickler. The menu balance is perfect, the preparations tasty and well presented.
