Looking for fresh and delish breakfast in the city? Check out these 5 options!

Time and again there are cafés which serve some delish breakfast and most of them become known for that. Our list of options will tell you where to get some fine breakfast along with a great choice of artisan coffee and tea. The restaurants have always been here to stay and mainly because the food here tastes great. After all, we are all looking to spruce up our breakfast right?

Sante Spa Cuisine, SUNDERBAN RESORT & SPA

The new-age restaurant opens early for breakfast and has some stellar and very unusual options on the menu. Touted to be amongst the few health-oriented and even vegan-friendly cafés, Santé Spa Cuisine has been a great choice to start your day right. Be it the Wholesome Smoothie Bowls, Organic Tofu Scramble or the Sweet Potato Pancake which is free of refined sugar, all these dishes actually make this place a must visit. Talk about the beverages, the fine coffee and interesting tea blends are also on the menu.

McDonald's

The giant leap of this brand actually came in when they launched the breakfast menu a few years ago. The better part is that they are all paired very well and precisely ‘correct’ from the health perspective.cOff lately, the new addition of Masala Dosa Brioche Burger has been a favourite of many but some people even have mixed reviews about it.

All and all, a great place to start your day if you want some good bread and eggs along with fine coffee for breakfast.

Chai Point

This brand is fairly new in relation to all the places that you have. Of course, the whole idea started with the selling of chai and it has moved mountains and they now serve even an all-day breakfast menu that has been pulling office crowds madly. The range of Chai alone is massive and why not, we love the Jaggery Chai. It has a nice sweet touch but does not feel ‘diabetically sweet’ like many others on the menu or the way we have probably been used to drinking.

The food menu offers some basic grub that includes Poha, Upma and Maggi, some are classic and some have added the twist of unusual flavours.

Cafe PETER

This café started off with serving hot donuts filled with jams and cream but now it is a whole long menu of all-day brekkie that includes eggs done your way, a range of omelettes, pancakes and some waffles. You can go for the Japanese Omelette that is made with egg whites and mixed with assorted bell peppers and served with a hash brown and toast on the side. The great part is that you can customise the platter based on your dietary needs. Freshly squeezed juices are available as well.

Keys Café, Keys Hotel Pimpri, Pune

This café inside the hotel is a nice place to be at, the garden area and the outside seating is very pleasing. Keeping the fact that it is a café inside a hotel, the menu is very diverse and you can get anything here, from a North Indian stuffed Parantha to some nice Idli and Dosa. The Iranian Kheema Pav is also a top rated one here and goes well with the Masala Chai. Even though the service and quality of food is top notch, the pricing of the food is very well done and quite a value for money affair.

Kava, Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi

This is another restaurant that is housed under the star hotel and it is surely in one of those premium categories looking at the ambience, service and food. The breakfast service starts at 06:30 am and ends at 11:00 am. The menu is quite a long one and there’s a good choice ranging from eggs made your style, waffles, pancakes and even our usual South and North Indian grub. The major attraction can be the cold-pressed juices and the freshly squeezed juices that are a great idea along with the choice of some fine tea sourced from Darjeeling and Assam
