I am not an IPA person and though from the sampler I felt it was among the milder ones in terms of bitterness. Try the Chicken Nachos – some good guac and salsa coming on this platter. The Seared Salmon Nigiri would be my pick. Among the Dim Sum and Baos, the Edamame and Truffle (the truffle works like a charm) and the Japanese pan-fried Pork Gyoza are great. Definitely, do the Flatbread Artisanal Pizza, they are really good and quite substantial. Of the Arena specials, the Surf and Turf, as well as the Grilled Tasmanian Scallops, would be my top suggestions. There is also an entire section dedicated to the Asian Kitchen.
