Located in the heart of Dubai’s financial district - Boca, a Modern European restaurant influenced by Spanish cuisine, having a strong to sustainability and local sourcing commitment.

Boca is a home-grown concept, born in the desert, and we have consistently showcased the UAE as being far from a barren land.

Boca is one of five restaurants from the Arabian Gulf featured in the global Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery guidebooks. These are the world’s first guides to truly showcase exemplary, organic, sustainable, and ethical restaurants. We were recognized for our efforts in sourcing locally and collaborating with local and regional fishermen and farmers.

Their new menu edition we invites you to try native desert plants from the UAE, dry-aged beetroot, and sustainable Arabian Gulf fish varieties. This place also celebrates the return of Fujairah’s Dibba Bay oysters on their menu and prepare dishes with salt beef from local purveyors, ‘meat melt’. Do not forget to check out their new paella recipes and all the Boca tapas favorites.

Boca is proud to present the first edition of ‘Local Ingredients’ – ‘An Illustrated Guide’ highlighting the best of local and home-made produce.

This season they present to you over 240 labels of which 69 are offered by the glass, highlighting the best of viniculture from old world, new world, and from countries close to Dubai.

At Boca they aim to keep sustainability at the core of operation. In addition to sourcing ingredients locally and supporting local farmers and fishermen, they are doing efforts to reduce waste. This place continuously audits the kitchen and bar operations, operate a demand-driven inventory, and prefer working with like-minded partners across the value chain.

As far as the safety is concerned, they know that the health and safety of their guests and staff is of the utmost importance. They are following all guidelines and taking strict precautions through every step of the process.
