New In Town: Our Favorite Artisanal Chocolate Café, Colocal Now Has A Brand New Outlet In Delhi’s Khan Market

Marking the one-year anniversary of its flagship store in Chattarpur, the artisan Chocolate Makers, Colocal just opened their second outpost in the posh neighborhood of Khan Market. If you are someone who has been living under a rock and for some incomprehensible reason do not know about this paradise for chocolate lovers, then let this be your moment of enlightenment. Sitting pretty in the Dhanmill compounds of Chttarpur, Colocal is Delhi’s first ‘Bean to Bar’ chocolate factory and Cafe where you can experience the process of chocolate making from start to end.

Their 2nd outlet is as dreamy as their first one and has an old-world charm of its own. And just like its Chattarpur counterpart, the Khan Market outlet also offers a decadent selection of coffees and Chocolate based preparations along with an array of continental and Italian delicacies. With pretty nooks to sit and soak up the winter sun and lush greens mushrooming all over, Colocal is indeed the perfect winter dining destination in Delhi NCR

Despite being a culinary marvel with an all-encompassing menu, the biggest flex of Colocal as a brand has to be the fact that they work directly with Indian farmers to source the best quality cacao beans, and their chocolates are free from all chemical additives, emulsifiers, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

Colocal extends a variety of chocolate bars with 55%, 66%, 72%, and 85% cacao. Not just that, they have some delicious offerings like the Caramel Inclusion bar, Nut's inclusion bar, and Sea Salt Bar that you can just buy anytime you visit. A mecca for chocolate fanatics, this place serves the best hot & cold chocolate concoctions.

And if that doesn’t satisfy you, you can even order their all-inclusive indulgent tasting platter that features an array of all their chocolates starting from 55% Dark Chocolate Mousse, coming to 60% Dark Chocolate Juliet, 72% Orange Canapé to give your palate a balance, then 82% Dark Chocolate with Ganache and, lastly ending with a steaming cup of 82% Hot Chocolate.

Although the chocolate offerings are the main attraction of Colocal's menu, their savory offerings (both appetizers and main course) are equally impressive.

Their ginormous breakfast menu is to die for and is tempting enough to make this gorgeous venue your regular weekend brunching spot!

Some of our favorites from their stellar menu include delectables like Mushroom Tortellini, Avocado Bruschetta, Fish Fingers, Pulled Mutton Burger, Garlic Prawn Spinach Pizza, and Pomodoro Pasta.
