Ask anyone what they love about Bangalore and the unanimous response is the weather. Well! It is raining in the city and the weather is quite pleasant, which is summer for us and these 2 restaurants have a menu that is just perfect.

It may be raining in Bangalore intermittently right now, but the time is still perfect for that summer menu and Smoke House Deli has a superlative one that they have currently ongoing until June 15th.

Seasonal Fresh Fruits And Crispy Jackfruits Seeds

The latest list of dishes from the new menu will make you veer to an entirely new set of favourites! The additions are wonderfully imaginative -Salads now include Summer Sprouts - pickled vegetable salad, Chia Seeds and a jar of Seasonal Fresh Fruits And Crispy Jackfruits Seeds. Must-try is Beetroot And Wild Mustard Gazpacho.

Among the all-new main courses - Linguini Tossed In Cress Pesto with market vegetable Caponata or try the new Charred Fish With Raw Mango And Citrus Salsa Fennel Pilaf, jerk marinated Chicken With Pickled Cabbage, Kafta spiced Tenderloin Steak With Smoked Cauliflower Puree, it is a carnivore’s delight.

The cocktail menu does its bit to keep your spirits happy and of course, high. Look out for the Bean Here Rum That ( Aam Panna With White Rum ) and fancy Pine-Chiller ( Pineapple With Vodka). For the staid, there is Summer Soother ( Mango Juice, Vodka Infused With Basil Leaves), Summer Frost (Fresh orange, pine-apple with mango puree, frozen strawberry with white rum)

The menu also offers shakes - Roasted Almond Ganache and a Summer In Italy (Tiramisu Shake), frappes - Hazel Ice Age and Popcorn Frappe along with iced teas - Chia Soon, Popcorn Flavoured Iced Tea With Chia seeds, Tropic Like It’s Hot, Pineapple And Barbecue Flavoured Iced Tea, Berry Blast, Mango And Raspberry Flavoured Iced Tea and Cucumber Wave, Cucumber And Basil Flavoured Iced Tea.

Yauatcha, the dim sum teahouse from London is honouring the Chinese heritage by celebrating The Dragon Boat Festival which is a metaphor for the summer solstice across all three cities in India. The celebrations will include a month-long limited edition menu crafted to offer dishes that are traditionally eaten during the festival. The newly introduced dim sums include options like Fried Carrot Roll with glutinous rice in spicy sauce, Steamed Sticky Rice With Water Chestnuts, Shimeji Mushroom And Black Fungus In Lotus Leaf, Steamed sticky rice with chicken in lotus leaf and Steamed Sticky Rice With Prawn and Mushroom In Lotus Leaf.


Crispy John Dory Fish


Prawns, beans And Edamame In Toban chilli.

From the Wok Dishes, one can choose from Dual Crispy Mushroom With Baby Pak Choy In Oyster Sauce while seafood lovers can try the Crispy John Dory Fish with olives, vegetables and shimeji mushroom or the Prawns, beans And Edamame In Toban chilli.


Beetroot Fried Rice


 Braised Efu Noodle With Mock Meat And Mushrooms
