Some great choices would be the Chilli Tenderloin with Oyster Sauce, the Lamb Prik Thai, The Bok Choy and Mushroom dumpling, the Prawn Hargau and definitely from their selection of sushi. The Banoffee Pie is what you should end with.
Skip the main restaurant and head to the terrace where you get a clear view of the sky and a lovely space to spend time with your partner. The food selection is Asian and the kitchen does a great job of it. The Salmon Sushi, the XO Seafood Dumpling, Pork Gyoza and the Three Mushrooms, Leeks, Water Chestnuts, Lotus Stem Dumpling are nice choices. The sauteed Prawn with Lemongrass, fresh Basil and Chilli Vegetables, the Teriyaki Chicken with Sauteed Broccoli, the Hawker Style Chicken with Young Ginger and Star Anise. The Thai Curries in Red, Yellow and Green are good bets too. There is a range of rice and noodles to pair this with. For desserts, the Jaggery Pancake with Honey and Coconut is good.
In the middle of bustling Koramangala is Om Made Cafe that sees a dedicated crowd for its outdoor setting. That makes a perfect choice for a romantic evening out. The café styled menu has everything you need, especially if you are looking at sharing some nibbles all through your time together. The savoury Crepes with a range of toppings – ham, bacon, onion confit, béchamel sauce, tomato concasse are nice choices. Talk over a great salad – the Praia, with Italian Cheese and Watermelon, is nice as is the Mowgly – Tamarind Marinated Chicken Salad. Gilly’s has recently started brewing and so you have 4 to choose from- Chelsea Wit, London Lager, Granny Smith’s Apple Cider & SOHO Triple. There is a range of dishes to choose from and assuredly you and your partner will find the perfect mix of dishes to order.
This terrace brewery has tied up with Australian brand Cavalier and is set atop Chancery Pavilion, that gives lovebirds an open air and a well-ensconced space to settle down in. Of the beers, do try to give the seasonal beer on tap a try, they come up with some really good ones.
Great dish choices would be the likes of Quinoa Beet Chop Wild Mushroom Galaouti, Aachari Hummus with Soya Mince, Five Cheese Kofta in Smoked Makhni, Konkan Fish Fillet with Quinoa Chittranna and a Lemongrass Moilee. And for dessert, definitely, do the Gondhoraj Lemon Mousse.
There are 2 spaces at the Spice Terrace for you to choose from. The lovely area around the pool as well as the Lounge which has a dedicated menu to space. Associated with the St Martin’s brewery, the craft beers here are great to try.
