5 New Restaurants opened in May in Ahmedabad

We are in the midst of summer and it is also holiday season in Ahmedabad. So, families, children, college students and everyone, in general, are enjoying a relaxed time eating out, partying and meeting friends. What better way to do it than by checking out new food joints and experience new food taste to titillate your palate.

However, the focus this summer is on vegetarianism, it seems with all the new food joints which have opened up being vegetarian whether it is Navrangpura, Prahlandagar, Gota, Airport or Vastrapur areas.

So we have chosen eateries which you will enjoy and which will give you a new experience.

List of new restaurants in Ahmedabad

Bollywood Lounge, Vastrapur, West Ahmedabad

Located on the first floor, this is a vegetarian restaurant serving multi-cuisine food including Continental, Mexican, Italian, Oriental and North Indian dishes. It is done up in a fancy way with shades of purple used in the interiors and furniture. It is open from 11:00 am to 12 midnight.

Price for 2: Rs 1000

9 Cube Cafe, Navrangpura, West Ahmedabad

This café is open from 07:00 am to 04:00 am in the wee hours of the morning. It is a vegetarian place serving fast food like pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, pastas, nachos, fries, etc. Here you can go for breakfast and it has got a good variety of food for the morning meal.

Price for 2: Rs 450

Buddy - The Family Restaurant, Hotel Eulogia Inn

This is a rooftop restaurant which is part of Hotel Eulogia on S G Highway in Gota. This is a vegetarian restaurant which is open only in the evening from 06.30 pm to 12 midnight. It serves North Indian and Continental cuisines. Here you can get soups, salads, starters, main course, desserts, and lots of beverages, sandwiches, pizzas and sizzlers among other things.

Price for 2: Rs 800

My Chef, Airport Gandhinagar Highway

This restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. It is located close to Koba circle on the Airport-Gandhinagar Highway. It serves North Indian and Chinese food and it is a vegetarian restaurant. It has both indoor and outdoor seating and it also has live music.

Price for 2: Rs 1000

South Leaf - The Food Chain, Prahlad Nagar

This is a vegetarian restaurant serving South Indian food. It is open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. It is located on the ground floor of Shapath 4 building which is facing SG Highway. It serves different types of Dosas, Uttapams, Idli, Vada, South Indian combo meals and South Indian Thali. It has well done up interiors and nice décor.
