Brothaus in German means a ‘bread house.’ It is a German bistro located in the Steingerberger Hotel in Business Bay. One can enjoy some nicely brewed coffee and fresh German bread early morning as the cafe opens quite early. The place is very bright with all the natural lights pouring in and has a lively setting. A must try dish is the Sloppy Joe sandwich. The open croissants have some mushy mashed potatoes, some chili lamb, melted cheese and a fried egg. The Club Med flatbread option has some feta cheese, fresh olives, ‘sunblast’ tomatoes, rocket leaves, zaatar and a lot of sour cream.
