There are not many Spanish restaurants in New Delhi and not as beautiful as Sevilla at the claridges. This restaurant is perfectly made for special occasions. The design is breathtakingly beautiful. This scenic place is so romantic it builds anticipation the moment you start walking on the cobbled path leading to the restaurant. Instead of one room restaurant you will be delighted to come upon little pavilions and covered areas serving as the restaurant. The outdoor and indoor blending together Sevilla will enchant you endlessly. The stunning concept of pavilions and covered areas with lighted cobbled path transports you to Spain. The restaurant is cleverly woven with the trees and the upper floor sitting area on the pavilion makes it a heady memory. The cuisine served at Sevilla is Mediterranean with major influence from Spanish territory. The food as expected of a five star hotel is so delicious and lovely. The presentation is Michelin star worthy with bright colours standing out on the plate with finesse.

The Spanish influence on the menu can be well sensed by the dishes offered by the chef. The chef does an amazing job with the ingredients doing them full justice. The menu is fabulous with tapas of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian variety. Patatas bravas and goat cheese gnocchi are superb. Romana artichokes served with salsa verde is typically Spanish so do try them out. In nonâ€”veg tapas gambas del chorizo, calamares, spelt paella and bacalao bianco are regional Spanish recipes. If you are not much hungry and want to just admire the ambience then our suggestion is choose your favourite wine and order tapas. Mediterranean starters are presented by the chef too. Alaskan crab salad, fasolada, sea scallops, carpaccio, Quinoa salad can be ordered as well. Artisan pastas, risotto, pizzas, and paella are popular categories. In mains wagyu, tagine, duo of duck, lentil crepes, Chilean sea bass are exceptional. But desserts are the best part of the meal.
