Rustom's offering of Parsi cuisine is both honest and authentic, despite the presence of multiple Parsi cuisine restaurants in the Capital currently. What makes your dining experience really unique here is the quiet ambience of the Delhi Parsi Anjuman, which also has on its premises the Mengusi Parsi Dharamshala (rest house), the Bhiwandiwalla Community Hall, crammed with tomes on Zoroastrian history and culture, and the exquisite Kaikhusuru Palonji Katrak Dar-e-Meher (Parsi Fire Temple). The new venue of Rustom's is inside the Delhi Parsi Anjuman on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg. Therefore, do not look for it as a standalone restaurant. Once inside the Anjuman, you will see bold signs guiding you to the restaurant. Be aware that you need to pay Rs 40, in addition to your meal charges, right at the restaurant entrance. This is a contribution towards Delhi Parsi Anjuman. The 'Prawn Curry' is the treasure that you need to find under your mound of fragrant rice. 'Masoor Ma Gos' is another meat-themed entry in the menu where chunks of meat get a shower in whole red lentil gravy. This is best paired with paper thin 'Parsi Rotlis' that are translucent to boot.
