This was originally intended to be a homage to Casablanca (hence the name) but somewhere along the way they junked the idea and turned it into a pretty ordinary hotel bar. But it is pleasant, has interesting cocktails and thought has gone into the evolution of the snack menu.

Rick’s is a bar where you will expect great service and immense array of booze. The pub was one of the first to introduce flavoured vodka in the city and the trend caught on soon. The bar is stocked with tremendous amount of variety keeping the diverse clientele in mind. Due to the hotel’s foreign and important visitors the bar keeps up to date with their demands and tastes. You would find rare and unique labels that is preferred by the patrons with refined taste. The bar menu starts off with aperitifs, sherry, port, rare whisky, blended whisky, American whisky, Irish whisky, Japanese whisky, gin, vodka, tequila, rum, cognac and beers. The bartenders mix wonderful signature cocktails such as, Khali’s revenge (Grey goose, fresh lime, elder flower syrup with hint of bitters), Grassy Collins (Ketel, chiili, lemon grass, fresh lime, elder flower syrup, ginger ale), Rhum punch (Guava, orange juice, captain morgan, lime, kaffir lime, green chartreuse), Burnt orange bellini (Lime, sugar, orange flower water, champagne) etc.
