This casual dining restaurant is located at one of the buzzing areas, 32nd Milestone, Gurgaon. Wrought iron lamps set on wooden beams, dramatic arches and vibrant stained-glass windows make up for the ambience. In Spanish, Pintxo refers to bite-sized snacks, usually skewered on a cocktail stick. An expansive Tapas menu is what they are known for. With chef Emmanuel Gomes running the kitchen crew, expect in-house focaccia and slider buns made fresh, every 3 days. They also make their own chorizos and sausages along with an array of 10 to 11 sauces that are used in different dishes. Start off with the ‘Pork Belly Skewers’, followed by ‘Lamb Shank w/ Ratatouille, Mashed Potatoes’. Pair this with their spicy mocktail, ‘Tamarind Flame’ for a fiery contrast to the dish.
