The restaurant’s interiors are also a tribute to contemporary India and to the evolving palates of food connoisseurs. Go for the Lassi Man Pasand, Jal Jeera, Lemon Soda or Aam Ka Panna, before you begin your culinary sojourn. The highlights are the Tandoori Delights, which include Lamb, Chicken and Cottage Cheese flavoured with a combination of marinades and cooked slowly in the Tandoor. Do not miss the Murgh Tikka Peri Peri and the Achari Malai Soya Tikka. Ancient recipes that have faded from the memory are rediscovered in the rare Butter Chicken eating experience, the multifaceted identity of Punjab unified and preserved in its original form, the Butter Chicken here is wholesome and full of rustic flavour.
