This is the first of ITC's Pan Asian restaurants and made its reputation by serving the best peking duck in that part of Delhi. But the menu is truly Pan Asian: a Thai chef helms the outstanding Thai kitchens and the Japanese food is overseen by Chef Nakamura, formerly of Sakura who was the first man to bring Kaiseki cuisine to India. Though the very large room is divided into many sections, guests are encouraged to order food from all over Pan Asian's many kitchens.
