Surprisingly for a mall restaurant, Kylin Premier is both dramatic and spacious, and the entrance is right by a lift that leads up from the basement, pillar no. C-175. The sushi menu is much more elaborate than usual, with Aburi Sushi – the rarely seen, lightly grilled sushi – making an appearance. Choose the fish preparations over all the other meats, as they are perfectly cooked and expertly seasoned. Sole fillet in Malaysian sambal, miso scallops and coriander fish are dishes to look out for. The Sky Bar on the terrace is accessible from here.

A very romantic and intimate, sky bar has become the added benefit to kylin premier. Besides the ambience the quality of food is what pulls the regular punters back each time. The chef cooks wonderfully authentic oriental fare and displays them with nuance too.
