Supposed to be a home away from home for the large Japanese expatriate population of Millennium City, Izu qualifies to be the smallest restaurant in its category. The cooks have been trained by Japanese staff and the menu is the everyday food of Japan, minus any frills and fusion. Sushi and sashimi, for example, are just one element on the menu, rather than being the star of the show. Instead, ramen, donburi, Bento boxes and starters are what the mainly Japanese diners order here.
