This airy lobby level all day dining restaurant at the Double Tree Hilton in Gurgaon attempts to bring back ‘coffee shop cuisine,’ borrowing off menus of iconic coffee shops of the past. So, dishes like the Chicken Stroganoff, Roast Chicken in a Rosemary Jus and Chilli Cheese Toast all return after a long absence from regular hotel menus. The cooking is for the most part interactive with about seventy percent of the dishes on offer being prepared at the live counters in the restaurant itself. A special juicer set-up keeps fresh juices and smoothies coming, although it does get noisy when in use
