What started out a few years ago with verve and passion is now a mere shadow of its former self. While the original menu was predicated on the talent in the kitchen, the staff appears to have undergone a change, so the old expertise is missing. The Sikandari Raan which once was the star of this show has lost its trademark succulence and undertone of smokiness; with the departure of the Kashmiri waza, their roghan josh has fallen several notches.
