This highway style eatery is a popular dining destination for people who enjoy a good hearty meal. The interiors are kept chic and there is an excellent play of vivacious colours, and the furniture replicates your classic dhaba-style setting of benches, tables and chairs. It showcases a versatile representation of food that has evolved on highways across the northern parts of India. You will find everything on the menu, from delectable curries to tandoori meats and breads to delicious home-style Indian sweets! It is ultra-affordable and takes you back to good old memories of going on a road trip and stopping for a meal by the highway. The must-have dishes on the menu here include the 'Balti Meat', this a typical dhaba-style 'Mutton Curry' which is succulent and flavourful and is served in a small steel Balti (bucket), and the 'Dhaba Dal', black lentils are soaked overnight and are slow cooked with homemade spices, the dal is simply delicious and pairs well with a 'Tandoori Roti' or a 'Butter Naan' (you can opt for any bread you like, these are my favourite). If you are a huge fan of Indian desserts, nothing beats this place; they have an excellent selection to choose from, I personally like the 'Badam Ka Halwa' and the 'Tila Kulfi'.
