It is a strange thing but the Marriott chain's biggest F&B successes in India have been its Baking Companies. The one in Mumbai is filled out with Bollywood types and the Bangalore branch is a runaway hit. The Delhi Baking Company follows the same formula: ice cream, chocolate, biscuits, shakes, etc. but has yet to get the pulse of Delhi right, perhaps because of its location in Aerocity.
