God is in the details. The placemats on every table have jokes printed on them. The quarter plates are of an unconventional shape. The male managers sport long hair. The menu is about the only conventional factor. There are western and Indian dishes, including burgers and sandwiches for a hearty snack and Indian home-style dishes like gatta curry and channa masala. Most of the diners here are room guests or conference attendees, a pleasant, airy place with not a whit of pretension. The can-do attitude of the staff wins the day.
