Elements in décor and structure celebrate Bollywood’s villains with their dialogues and pictures splashed all over the place. Food is kind of fusion ranging from Indian, Italian, Chinese, Continental and Lebanese cuisines. Every dish has an interesting name like 'My Starter' ‘Gabbar Ka Khazana’- corn and mushroom on toast, was just average in taste. I liked ‘Corn Kitne Pani Mein’- corn on the cob was nicely flavoured in peri peri sauce. ‘Shots Pe Shots’ is a fine example of innovative thought as here the Puchkas come with a choice of achari paneer, tawa chicken and hummus lamb. ‘Ghanchakar Seekh Chaat’ with veg, chicken and mutton options is worth trying. What got my vote was ‘Yo Yo Honey Chilli Potato’ as it tasted really nice with Thai Honey sauce. For chicken lovers, ‘Chicken Pakeeza’ is a must while for the spice-friendly, recommendations go for ‘Bolly Jheenga’ - Goan style Prawn curry. ‘Mona Ka Lion’ - Barbecued lamb with celery and caramel onions, is not to be missed. End on a sweet note with well made ‘Anupam Kheer’ - Gulkand kheer martini and ‘Chadti Jawani’ – brownie with candyfloss and ice cream. Mastani, Sita Aur Margharita, Soda Akbar, Darubaaz Balma, Rum Maro Rum and Beer Zaara are some of the signature drinks one must try. Mastani was my drink of the day with loads of chutzpah. It had fresh fruits soaked in gin, cointreau, strawberry liquor topped with sparkling wine.
