The signage of the new Molecule makes sure you do not miss this new arrival in Sector 7. Leading the way indoors is an industrial-looking passageway. The interiors are innovative, combining industrial chic with modern comfort. There is ample seating space and we like the way the island bars are placed at two places. The main den of action is where the DJ console is situated, and, a black and white chequered floor leads you to the second level. There is an old school charm here with the vintage-looking high chairs and mustard hued sofa seats. The menu pulls in specials from different cuisines and also showcases the chef’s skills in the molecular gastronomy. There is a good toss-up of flavours and you will find the likes of ‘Dragon Smoke Peri-Peri Popcorn’, ‘Butter Chicken Tart’ find space alongside ‘Chettinad Kuzhi Paniyaram’ and ‘Cuban Cigar Roll’. A lot of attention has been paid to the appetisers and there’s plenty to choose from. To make it easier to order on a first visit, you could choose from the ‘Chef’s Special Section’. The ‘Murg Malai Tikka Waffle’ is worth a try along with the ‘Szechwan Vegetable Dimsums’. We liked the way microgreens were used in the dim sums. If you are looking for some new flavours and a fun ambience, Molecule is worth-a-visit.
