Burger King is best known globally for the quality of its beef patties. So how does it manage without beef? Simple. It creates a slightly spicy lamb patty with a delicious bite to it. The Burger King India menu differs substantially from the Western version by emphasising texture and Indian flavours. Even the 'Chicken Sandwich' is based on the chicken tikka!
