It is always party time at Skyye bar. Perched atop UB City, the view is terrific and the temperature a few notches below. The cocktails here range from average to good, so it is entirely up to you to choose the right ones. The Devil in the Night Skyye is a personal favourite, with dark rum, Baileys, chocolate syrup and hazelnut coming together to form a sinful combination. Or try the Rock ‘n’ Roll Sunset, made with bourbon, cherry syrup and ginger ale. To eat, the panko-crusted fried tofu, served with wasabi mayo, or the calamari rings make for a good start. Or go completely street style and order steamed peanuts!
