At Olive Beach, a meal can be simple or not – it is up to you really. From the full-bodied flavour of the spicy Moroccan harira with lamb, where chickpeas and lentils are cooked in tomatoes, spices and lamb, further enhanced with cinnamon, za’atar and saffron, and served with a tiny spoon of dried rose petal powder, to the mildness of the burrata (burrata cheese with cherry tomatoes and balsamic caviar) for starters, and the seared salmon served with little surprises, or even the pork ribs for main course – it is easy to slip into a comfort zone with the food here. And try the cherry brioche pudding or the chocolate oreo fondant for dessert!
