Noodle Bar has been around a while and one of the reasons it is so loved, besides it food, is that it can give you a ring side view of the outdoor stage at Phoenix Mall. A great way to catch some good shows and food at the same time. All dimsums served here come in sets of 6, so try the 'Spinach', 'Coriander' and 'Corn' or the 'Szechwan Dimsum' (the grilled version is also good). For the meat eaters, there is the 'Chung Fan Chicken', with water chestnuts as well as the 'Curried Basa Dumpling'. You could try the 'Tibetan Chicken Momos' or the 'Hargao' from China. Perk things up a bit with the tangy and spicy 'Som Tam' or the 'Thai Sprouts and Grilled Chicken Salad'. Among the starters, it is the 'King Pao Potato Wedges' or the 'Five Spiced Water Chestnuts'. There is also the 'Black Garlic Chicken' or the 'Hoisin Roast Lamb' that make good starters with your beer. For your main course, consider the 'Mixed Chinese Greens' which brings together pak choi, broccoli, asparagus and Chinese cabbage. All of them retain their crisp, border on being slightly bitter and is a pleasure to have. For those looking for a chilli hit, the 'Devil Chilli Eggplant' and 'Tofu'. Also, consider the 'Sizzling Malacca Chicken' or the 'Thai Lemon Chicken' (yes, am very partial to lemon) and also the 'Chicken in Oyster Scallop Sauce'. There are also single bowl meals that take away from the hassle of ordering and give you all that you need in one go.
