Walk into this ethnic eatery on Indiranagar’s 80 Feet Road, and you will find yourself transported to a different state, place and state of mind. Known for its authentic Rajasthani food and lavish thalis, as well as the attentive service and hospitality and guest care that is synonymous with the culture, a meal at NH8 is more than that – it is an experience and immersion in Rajasthani food culture. There are options for floor seating as well as tables and chairs, also with bright colourful cushions and cloth. The menu has two pages dedicated to sweets, apart from a couple set-menu and thalis to choose from, which start with welcome drinks and run the gamut from starters, main courses, desserts, rice and breads. they also include two very traditional Rajasthani dishes: dal baati churma and khichdi.
