NEST is the all-day dining restaurant of HoJo and caters to in-house guests as well as walk-ins with buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You may find the food a bit repetitive if you are staying at the hotel, but otherwise, I like the spread because it is not extensive, yet touches all the right bases. If you are opting for the a la carte, here are some choices you can look at. In the salads, the 'Hummus and Pita' is good, as is the 'Rustic Mediterranean Salad with Feta and Lime Dressing'. The Soups section has the 'Creamy Broccoli', 'Corn Soup', the 'Italian Minestrone' is light and well flavoured and the 'Hyderabadi Shorba' is a peppery delight. The 'Banana Leaf Wraps in options of Paneer, Chicken and Fish' are good choices. The 'Khumb Galouti' is an interesting take on the original to try. The 'Sriracha Buffalo Wings' is a great choice with some chilled beers. For your mains, choose from the Indian, Asian and International options that are available. The 'Dhabe Ka Palak', 'Bhindi Sabki Pasand' and 'Khur Khuri' are great. I loved the 'Dal Rishiwali' for its tempering with garlic and chilli done in butter. This is one of the few places I have seen that does a 'Tawa Masala' in vegetarian, meat and chicken options. They do a nice 'Nasi Goreng', 'Stuffed Chicken Breast' and 'Thai Curries'. Desserts are well-known ones – the 'Salted Caramel Pannacotta' is a nice one.
