Masala Klub is located in one of the city’s most beautiful 5-star hotels, the Taj West End. A speciality restaurant specializing in modern Indian cuisine, Muted tones, a classic setting, luxurious surroundings, and indoor and outdoor seating – Masala Klub offers Indian fine-dine in a rarefied atmosphere and refined food. Sitting outdoors offers a view of the beautiful gardens and lawns of the hotel, and is particularly lovely in the evening. This is one of the restaurants of choice when people want a place to celebrate a special occasion and enjoy a memorable dining experience. The chefs add interesting elements and unusual touches to classic Indian dishes, creating flavour combinations that are unique and perfectly blend classical Indian flavours. The 'Lemongrass Rasam' is a perfect example, as is one of the restaurant’s signature dishes, the 'Tamarind Sorbet'. Try the specialities 'Masala Klub' is known for, like the 'Galouti Kebab' and the 'Mutton Nihari'. Another must-try is the 'Bahrwan Malai Gucchi'. The seafood preparations too, are notable. 'Tandoori Lobster', 'Tandoori Pink Salmon' and 'Bhatti Ka Jheenga' are all great choices. Scallop lovers will be delighted with the 'Scallop Tukda', a black pepper spiced grilled scallop.
