It is the kind of place that will have you arriving at the hotel a bit earlier than your scheduled meeting time, simply to spend some time at the café. An expansive place, this is a spot for those quick huddles before the actual meeting, for a quick meet-up with friends or colleagues, or even to sit back with a book on your own if you like doing that once in a while. The restaurant has a full-fledged bar menu that you will love to look at. Their coffee and tea menus are curated from all over the world and so you can choose to have a 'Double Espresso', which will come to you with a wonderful story on provenance. Or if you would like to sit back and relax, then the 'Chamomile' is perhaps what you will look for. The 'Rose With French Vanilla' is quite aromatic and the 'Sencha Green' quickly relaxes the senses. You may not really see a 'Bun Maska Jam Sandwich' in a setting like this anywhere else, by the Lobby Lounge does give you this option. If an Indian snack is more up your alley, then you may want to try the 'Ajwaini Mutter Potli' or the 'Punjabi Aloo Samosa'. The Chaat section is equally interesting, inspired as it is from the streets of Delhi. There are some international favourites on the menu like the 'Fish and Chips' and the 'Shangri-La Hamburger'. Desserts are limited but are the popular favourites – so a 'New York Cheesecake' is yours for the taking, as is a 'Tiramisu' and a range of house-made ice creams.
