That Italian food can be completely vegetarian, is vehemently proven at this restaurant, even if it requires a bit of tweaking here and there. So, between the Bombay pizza (made with a spicy tomato sauce, herbs, mushrooms, coriander, cottage, cheese, and mozarella), and the Jalapeno Poppers, and Lentil and Spinach Soup – I was desperately looking for something more Italian (read: Prosciutto). But this is a vegetarian restaurant, and fairly popular in the circle. Try the Insalata Caprese, and any one of their many pizzas that comes with the names Nawabi, Goa, Zorba, Mediterranean, and so on. I was also quite impressed with their range of risottos – given that they are all vegetarian. Check out the Risotto 4 Formaggi – brown rice risotto with four variations of cheese. And you can even request tomato sauce to go with it. Just in case.
