A space that can take your breath away with its sheer size, finding a space at Byg Brewski to work for you will be easy. Then sit back and take it all in. When they eventually do start pouring, they intend to have 16 beers on tap. For now, Karthik, their top class mixologist is a wizard at the bar and you should try 'Satan’s Sour' – it is a brilliant drink that you should try to appreciate. Also one of Karthik’s signatures is the 'Great Pretender' – some tequila, some tropical juice and a few other ingredients to make a potent yet great drink. Another Byg original is the 'Monkey Shoulder’d Men'. There are of course the classics of 'Negroni', 'Gimlet', 'Gibson' and more. Now getting into the food – the silent kitchen churns up a lot of food, I mean, seriously a lot. Start perhaps with the 'Crystal Shine Dumplings' or with the 'Kadak Chicken' version of it. For those who love their pork, the 'Pork Malnad' is one to order. Pork lovers must try the 'Malnad Pork'. Also, look out for the specials from the 'Josper Grill'. For the Vegetarians, the 'Hong Kong Chilli Paneer', the 'Spinach and Corn Quiche' and the 'Arabic Fatayer' are the ones to consider. The 'African Suya Kebab' is an interesting street food dish from Kenya that finds its way onto the menu. There are interesting platters for groups – think 'Mezze', 'Kebab', 'Dimsum', 'Sausage' and more. Vegetarians too have great picks here. And all those familiar drinking dishes of 'Aloo Sandwich', 'Butter Pav Bhaji', 'Anda Parantha', and 'Shawarma' are yours to have. There are sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and even some 'Ragi Mudde'. So when you are at Byg, make sure you bring your Joey pants along.
