Right off the bat, the vibe at Brewsky is that of a relaxed one. This has been a favourite for so many people in the area and with good reason. The terrace seating offers open-air, al-fresco and even a bar stool set up overlooking a crowded landscape but one which gives you a great view of the sky. The service is on point and the staff well versed with what is available. I am quite the regular here and have eaten through most of the menu. The 'Stuffed Chilli Bajjis' are a tribute to the city and having a filling of paneer. The 'Miso Popcorn Chicken' is another great pick. For those of who you love offal, the 'Pepper Fried Mutton Liver' is great. The 'Achari Baby Potatoes' combines everything that ensures happiness – potatoes and spice. The 'Nimbuwala Murgh Tikka' is another brilliant combination with their 'Hef', or even with their 'Wit' and 'Blonde'. I like the fact that they know people love burgers, but after all the starters may want something in a smaller portion – the Mini Burgers, especially the 'Beetroot Burger' and the 'Pulled Pork' ones are good ones to get to the table. If you want some of the classics, the 'Wings' and the 'Onion Rings' are just what you want. Getting into the mains, the 'Lasagne Cake' is a good bet, especially if you have children at the table. They do quite a good job of the 'Red and Green Thai Curries' and are one of the few places that offer it in pork. Round off with the 'Apple Pie'.
